We know improving your health habits isn’t easy and sometimes it’s harder to do it alone. Here at Thick, Bold & Healthy we will create a customized health and wellness plan suited for your lifestyle and family. We will also provide you with weekly coaching sessions to help you achieve your goals quicker. During the coaching sessions, we will dive into self-love and help you understand the areas of your life that’s been blocking you from improving your health. We understand the road to developing healthy habits is a journey, so you will also have access to an accountability support group and access to your coach 24/7.

Customized Programs

We have programs that range from 3 to 6 to 12 months. One of our coaches will help you decide, which program is best for you after completing an application.

24/7 Access

Once you have signed up for one our programs, you will have 24/7 access to your nutritionist and personal trainer.

3-Month Private Coaching Program

This program includes:

Starter Kit Package: The starter kit comes with a Thick, Bold & Healthy merch, water jug, meal containers and food journal.

 

Assessments: Weekly assessments will be taken to determine your progression throughout the program. This will help us determine what we need to increase or decrease within your nutrition and wellness plan as time progress.

 

Weekly Challenges: Each week, you will be given a new goal to help you reach your ultimate end goal.

 

Wellness Plan: Your wellness plan is tailored towards your lifestyle and some of the daily things you struggle with. From medication and affirmations to daily exercise plan, we are determined to create a wellness plan for you that’s attainable. This also includes a variety of activities you must accomplish, so you will never get bored as you begin to progress.

 

Customized Nutrition Plan: Within your customized nutrition plan you will begin to learn the importance of portion control, experiment with recipes and energy transfer to help you style a nutrition plan, even when you’re extremely busy.

 

Monthly Virtual or In-Person Cooking Sessions (Optional): We will provide you with two cooking sessions per month that will teach you how to cook a variety of foods, but understand the importance of ingredients (herbs and spices).

 

Unlimited Support: While you have weekly nutrition sessions scheduled, you are will have access to your coach 24/7 to ask any questions you may have throughout the program.

6-Month Private Coaching Program

This program includes:

Understand Your Blood Type: You will be required to visit a physician to receive/test your blood type. Your blood type will also determine your customized nutrition plan.

 

Bonus Programs: You will have access to the 30 Day Self-Love and Wellness Program, as well as the Nutrition Bootcamp On Demand: 60 Day Program.

Customized Nutrition Plan (Macro and Micros): Within your customized nutrition plan you will begin to learn the importance of portion control, experiment with recipes and energy transfer to help you style a nutrition plan, even when you’re extremely busy. We will also construct a plan to help you learn your macronutrient and micronutrient intake.

 

In-Person Service (Optional): A coach will come to home and go through your kitchen and help you food shop based on your new nutrition plan.
*This will be an extra cost for travel purposes.

 

Monthly Virtual or In-Person Cooking Sessions (Optional): We will provide you with four cooking sessions per month that will teach you how to cook a variety of foods, but understand the importance of ingredients (herbs and spices).
